My Computer Freezes 20 Seconds After Booting, Need Help!

Hi everyone! I haven't used my computer for about four days, and when I tried to turn it on, I noticed that it freezes exactly 20 seconds after booting. Initially, I thought it was just a minor issue, so I restarted it, but it keeps freezing at the same point. I even installed an ISO of Windows 11, thinking my previous Windows installation was corrupted, but that didn't work either. I tried reinstalling Windows by deleting the partitions, but the freezing problem persists. The only time my computer works without freezing is in safe mode. I'm really confused and need your assistance. Thanks a lot! Oh, and I've also swapped out my SSD to see if that was the problem, and I did the same with the RAM, but no luck there either.

You might want to check the event viewer log to see if there are any error messages popping up or what processes are running at startup. This could give you a clue about what's causing the freeze.

It's possible that your graphics card driver is causing the freezing. If your PC starts to freeze when you install the graphics card driver, that could definitely be the culprit you’re looking for. Have you tried booting without that driver installed?
