I'm new to using smartphones and I'm trying to figure out how to get photos from my iPhone onto my iMac's hard drive. I can see the photos in the Photos app on my Mac, but when it comes to uploading them using an online form, I'm not sure how to access the actual photo files. I also want to know how to find them if I want to edit one in Photoshop. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Using the Photos app makes it super easy! You can actually drag and drop your photo directly from the Photos app onto the website you're uploading to. If the site doesn't allow for that, just hit their upload button, which opens up the Finder window. From there, you can drag the photo into that Finder window and it will take you straight to the folder with your photo selected. Just click 'upload' and you're good to go!
If the photos are already imported into the Photos app, you can click on the upload button on the website, then scroll down to select 'Photos.' It'll load your photo library so you can pick the photo you need. As for Photoshop, the files are stored in the Photos library itself. If you're looking to edit one, you'll have to export it first, which will save it to your desktop or a folder you choose.
