I'm running into a weird issue with my AWS account after deploying a Connect Instance in the us-east-1 region. Every time I try to claim a phone number, I get a message saying my quota has been exceeded, but I haven't even claimed any numbers yet! I checked the Service Quotas, and it says I should be able to claim up to 5 phone numbers per Connect Instance, but it seems like this limit isn't being properly applied. I've opened a support ticket but the response times are pretty slow. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?
