How Can I Fix My Stuck Windows Reinstall Loop?

I'm having a tough time with my PC. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message that says, 'user service services have failed the sign in.' I was advised to reinstall Windows, but I'm stuck in the troubleshooting menu with six options, none of which are working. The 'Reset my PC' with cloud download fails because it says 'unable to download - use local reinstall.' Then I tried the local reinstall, which stops at 9% and gives me an error. I've attempted every command prompt solution I could find online, but nothing seems to help. Even the automatic repair says it's 'unable to repair.' So, is there no hope for my PC?

It sounds like you're in a bit of a bind! Instead of using the reset options, try creating a Windows installer USB on another computer with the media creation tool. You can find it on the Microsoft site. Once you have that, boot your problematic PC from the USB, wipe the internal disk, and install a fresh version of Windows. It should get you back on track! If you need help with any of those steps, just let me know!

This is the way to go! Much better than relying on the built-in reset.
