Hey everyone,
I've been having a rough time trying to add new songs from my Windows 11 PC to my iPhone using the Apple Devices app. Unlike iTunes, which made it super easy with just a drag and drop, this new app has been a real mess for me.
Here's what I've noticed:
1. Every time I connect my iPhone, it auto-syncs, but it keeps deleting playlists or creating duplicates.
2. It wiped out all the songs that I imported from CDs, so I'm stuck reinstalling them.
3. I can only restore one backup at a time, which is pretty limiting.
4. Transferring music from CDs to my iPhone seems impossible now.
It's frustrating to see something that used to be so straightforward turn into random chaos that messes with my music library.
I would love to know if there's a way to download an older version of iTunes that works better for me.
On a side note, I did manage to download an older version and got things working for a bit, but it seems like that's not a permanent fix anymore. I almost gave up when I realized I needed to manually manage my music and videos, but after some trouble, I got my old library back by copying files around. Still, I'd love to hear any tips or solutions from the community!

If you’re looking for iTunes, the Microsoft Store still lists it, but it seems they removed music and movie features. You can also try downloading directly from Apple's website.
Yeah, I noticed the Apple Devices app has terrible reviews in the Microsoft Store. You're definitely not alone in this struggle!
Apple actually has a software download section on their website where you might find the latest version of iTunes that still allows music syncing.
You might want to submit feedback directly to Apple about the issues you're facing with the app. They do take user feedback into account. Here's the link: Apple.com/feedback.
Good call! It's always worth letting them know how their updates are affecting users.
That’s true! Though I think older versions might be the way to go if the current one isn’t working out.
