Hey everyone! I've been stuck on hold trying to connect with the Microsoft Data Protection Team for help with a tenant lockout, and I have to say, I've actually been enjoying the hold music. It really gives off some strong Sims vibes with its catchy guitar riff and piano melody. I tried to identify it using Shazam, but no luck. When I searched online, I kept coming across "Simplicity by Macroform" but that's definitely not the right song. Can anyone help me figure out what this catchy tune is?

I’m curious, how did you find yourself locked out of the tenant? Did you have issues with a certificate authority or something?
Long story short, the old IT partner had full control and passed away, leaving us with no access. It's a tricky situation.
