I recently upgraded my PC from an Intel 12600F to a 12700KF processor and swapped the CPU cooler as well. Now, I'm facing a serious issue: one of my M.2 SSDs is not being detected anymore, and I'm getting a "Your PC needs to be repaired" error with the code 0xc00000e. I can still boot from the other drive by hitting F9 during startup, but only that drive appears in the BIOS. I've tried switching the SSDs between M.2 slots, but the problem persists. I realize I made some mistakes by not updating or uninstalling drivers before the upgrade. Is there any chance of recovering the unrecognized drive, or is it irreparably damaged?

Wait, did you accidentally bump the M.2 drive during the install? Seems like you might have hit it while moving stuff around. That could cause issues.
It sounds like your BIOS settings or drive configuration might be causing this problem. Just a heads-up: always double-check your data backups before making any hardware changes!
You should try to access the dump files for better diagnosis. If you can get back into Windows or even Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for crash logs. You can zip them up and upload to a file sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com for help. It's really helpful to have multiple dump files for a clearer analysis.

I don't think I hit it during the install, but I did take the GPU out for space. I just can't see how it could get damaged otherwise. Could it be ESD?
