I'm looking for suggestions on a Linux distribution that is suitable for gaming and doesn't utilize systemd. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to check out Void, Slackware, or Gentoo. They're all solid choices that avoid systemd. I'm curious though, why is it so important for you to stay away from systemd?
Have you heard about the new OS age verification laws going around? That might be influencing my choice.
