I'm relocating to a nearby city and I'm really worried about how to transport my PC without damaging it. Any tips on how to pack it up or things I should remove before the move?

For short distances, just lay the PC on its side in the car, motherboard side down. If you’re concerned about the GPU, you can remove it, but it's usually fine if you secure it well. It's also helpful to strap it down with a seatbelt or put something in front to prevent it from moving too much.
I recommend taking out the GPU, CPU, and cooler, and packing the glass panel separately. After that, you’re just left with the motherboard and cables in a metal case. That should keep everything safe during the move!
On one occasion, I took my PC on a 5-hour flight in an ITX case and just surrounded it with clothes in my luggage. If you're careful, a short car trip should be a breeze!
