I recently pulled my GPU out of its socket without pressing the button on the PCIe latch, and it lifted pretty easily. Now, it seems like the latch won't move at all, and I'm worried that my GPU isn't properly contacting the slot anymore. What should I do?

It sounds like your GPU was likely not fully locked in before, but now it is. When everything's seated properly, it can be hard to press the button and remove the card. Just to double-check, do you still have a display on your screen? If you do, that's a good sign!
Yeah, I can still see everything and was even able to play some games. The only issue is that my GPU seems to be sagging to the right a lot.
