I recently discovered that my Apple account may have been hacked. I've never owned an iPhone, but I think I set up an Apple TV account a long time ago. Today, I received an email saying that my security questions were changed without my permission. When I tried to log in to reset my password, I was prompted to answer security questions that are in Chinese. What options do I have to regain access to my account?

Unfortunately, there aren't many options available. You usually need to answer those security questions to regain access. You can try going to iforgot.apple.com to see if you can reset them, but it’s not very reliable, especially for older accounts.
If you’re using an Apple TV account, there shouldn’t be too much sensitive info at risk aside from your Apple password. I highly recommend changing the password for your primary email account, especially if you reuse passwords across different platforms.
