I've recently upgraded my PC by adding a Crucial 1TB M.2 SSD. Here's what I'm working with:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT
- RAM: 16GB (2x8GB KLEVV DDR4 3200)
- Storage: 2 SATA HDDs (500GB + 330GB)
- Motherboard: MSI B450 M PRO MAX II
After installing the SSD, I've noticed that my PC has become slower. I'm not sure if this is due to any conflicts or if there's something I should check to fix the issue. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Make sure you run a speed test on the SSD to see if it's operating as expected. You can use CrystalDiskMark for that. It sounds like you hooked it up correctly, but confirming its performance is key!
It's pretty user-friendly! Just download CrystalDiskMark and follow the prompts to run the test.
I had a similar issue with my Crucial SSD. I downloaded their tool, updated the firmware, and enabled Momentum Cache, which made everything run smoothly again. It might be worth a look!

Did you install the operating system on your M.2 SSD? If you haven't, that could definitely be a reason for the slowdown since you're still running off the HDD.
I think the OS is still on my HDD. Would that really slow things down?
If the OS is on the HDD, yeah, it could be causing slowdowns. You might want to consider moving it to the SSD for a performance boost.
Sometimes, the BIOS settings can affect SSD performance. I had to switch mine to AHCI mode to fix speed issues. Just double-check that setting!
