I'm looking to get a gaming setup and the monitor included only has a 75Hz refresh rate. I'm planning to play Fortnite on it, but I'm also considering getting a second monitor that offers 160Hz. My thought was to have social media open on one screen while gaming on the other. Do you think this setup will work, or should I just upgrade both monitors to 160Hz?

If you’re using the second monitor for tasks other than gaming, like social media, having a lower refresh rate is totally fine. Many gamers even function well with 30Hz on a secondary display, so your 75Hz should serve you well. Enjoy your gaming!
Having different refresh rates is perfectly fine. Starting out with a 75Hz for gaming is more than adequate to begin with!
You don't need to match the refresh rates on both monitors. The 75Hz monitor should work fine for your needs, especially since it sounds like the second monitor will just be for browsing social media. Just give it a try before deciding if you really need to upgrade one or both!
