Hey everyone! I've been dealing with this weird chirping noise coming from my computer since yesterday. I even recorded a video to help illustrate the issue. I'm worried it might be related to my hard drive, but I really hope it's only an issue with the fan. Here are my specs:
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
- System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
- System Model: B450 AORUS PRO WIFI
- BIOS: F41 (type: UEFI)
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor (16 CPUs), ~3.7GHz
- Memory: 32 GB RAM
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Any thoughts on what could be causing this and what I should check?

It sounds like it might be your hard drive if you've got a mechanical one in there. Those tend to make chirping noises when they're having issues. I'd recommend running a diagnostic to see if there's a problem. If it is your hard drive, keeping a backup of your important files is a good idea just in case!
If you confirm that it’s a mechanical drive making the noise, check for any unusual clicking sounds and consider opening up your case to ensure everything is securely connected, especially the cables. Sometimes a loose connection can cause weird noises too.
Thanks! I'll check the connections. I really hope it’s not the hard drive...
Got it, I'll definitely back up my files just in case! What should I look for when I run the diagnostic?
