I'm working in a large company with teams spread out across various locations. We currently have two Raritan IP KVMs set up in a test lab, but they're outdated and not functioning well anymore. I'm on the hunt for newer or alternative solutions that can provide us with more reliable control and connections to our devices without needing frequent on-site presence. Right now, we're relying on a couple of people who live nearby to help out when necessary, which isn't sustainable given our testing and validation needs.

Every server manufacturer has pretty solid remote management nowadays, as long as you've got the networking covered. If you're looking for something budget-friendly, check out the NanoKVM options. They’re much cheaper than other models and have an updated software interface.
If you have actual servers with BMC, then iDRAC or iLO is definitely the way to go since they come built-in. If you're working with workstations, PiKVM is surprisingly good for its price and way more responsive than the older Raritan models we dealt with. We've swapped out some aging systems for PiKVMs and it was worth it.
For remote management, we solely use Dell's iDRAC enterprise. It’s been really reliable for us, especially considering our entire setup is Dell-based.
We've had our fair share of Dell's with iDRAC, but I used to prefer Avocent in the past. If you're considering brands, Aten also has fantastic products. If you give me a model of your Raritan, I could help more.
If you're not tied to specific brands, iLo and vPro Enterprise are decent options. Many server manufacturers have good built-in remote management these days.
