Hey there! I just got my hands on a Gigabyte 9070 XT, which needs three 8-pin PCIe power connectors. The problem is, my Corsair RM750x PSU only has two of those connectors available. Would it be safe to use one standard 8-pin cable alongside a daisy-chain (pigtail) cable to connect all three ports? I'm using the original cables from Corsair. Check out the attached image for clarity.

I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you're planning to push your GPU hard. A daisy-chain might not handle heavy loads very well.
Instead of risking it, you might want to consider getting another 8-pin cable directly from Corsair. It’s just not worth the potential problems!

I’ve already looked into that, but I only have 3 6+2 PCI-e ports on the PSU. One’s already taken by the CPU, so does this mean I should upgrade my PSU?
