Could My CPU or Motherboard Be Failing? No Display Issues

I've got a PC that was running perfectly fine until a couple of weeks ago when I left it untouched. Now, when I power it on, everything seems to work (fans spin, lights on), but there's absolutely no display on the screen. I've tried everything I can think of, including swapping my graphics card with a known working one, testing different monitors, and using a new PSU, but none of it has helped. I've even pulled out RAM sticks and cleared the CMOS, reseated components, and tried various PCIe slots, but still no signal.

Given that I once straightened some bent pins on my Ryzen 5 3600 and it's historically run weirdly in single-channel RAM mode, could it be that my CPU has finally given out, or is it more likely that the motherboard has failed? I'm hesitant to pull my Ryzen 7 5700X out of my main setup to test it unless there's a real reason to do so. Has anyone gone through something similar, or is there a way to figure this out without playing the guesswork game with my parts?

First things first, double-check your HDMI and DisplayPort cables. I had a cable go bad before, and it drove me crazy! It might sound silly, but those cables can fail, so it’s worth trying a brand new one if you haven’t already. Also, make sure you’re testing both ports on your GPU and motherboard—just in case! If you’re sure the cable isn’t the issue, then it's time to start worrying about the pricier components.

If your monitor still shows nothing after trying a new cable directly connected to the motherboard, I’d say it sounds like your motherboard has a problem that might not be fixable. Just a heads-up though; the Ryzen 5 3600 doesn't support integrated graphics, so you need that GPU to be working for any kind of display.
