Hey everyone! I'm transitioning from using a MSI Vector laptop to building my own PC and could really use your help. It's been a while since I built my last PC in 2017, so I'm trying to catch up on the latest components. I'm aiming for an all white PC build mainly for gaming (especially CS2), but I also enjoy photography and do some video editing on the side. Additionally, I use the computer for browsing, social media, and other typical tasks. Here's my PCPartPicker list for reference: [https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kNKdmL](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/kNKdmL).
I have a few specific questions:
1) Should I choose the 270k Plus, or wait for Intel's upcoming Nova Lake series?
2) Is the Thermalright Peerless Assassin sufficient to cool the 270k? I prefer air coolers for aesthetics over an AIO.
3) Is the combo of 270k Plus and 9070 XT a good choice? I've heard that the 9070 XT offers better performance for its price compared to the 5070 Ti, but I'd appreciate any insights.
4) Any additional tips or advice would be great!
Thanks in advance!

The 270K Plus paired with the 9070 XT looks like a solid match for your white build! The Peerless Assassin should do fine unless you’re planning to overclock heavily. And yes, the 9070 XT is a great deal compared to the 5070 Ti right now. You might want to check Miravia for some competitive GPU prices!
If gaming is your top priority, you might want to reconsider the 270K Plus and stick with AMD's X3D CPUs instead. They've got the edge especially in Photoshop, while Intel's advantage in Lightroom isn't that major. Thanks and really appreciate that pugetsystems article!
I made some tweaks to your parts list that might help! Here’s the updated version: [Updated List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/8YQNqd).
Thanks for the changes!

Thanks a ton! I'll check them out!
