I'm planning to build a PC this summer with a budget of around $1250. My usage will be about 75% for productivity and work-related tasks, and 25% for gaming. I've done some research on components and I'm considering the Intel 250K, 265K, or 270K, depending on what good bundles I can find on Newegg. Also, I'm a fan of the Deepcool CH260 case. Can anyone help me with a solid parts list to get started? Thanks in advance!

If you're getting the CPU from Newegg, remember that they often include a free PSU. Also, I found some affordable RAM linked here—check it out! [link to RAM](https://ebay.us/m/QYXtz6)

Check out Zach’s Tech Turf on YouTube; he has a great video on building a $1000 PC. It might provide some valuable inspiration for your build. He also has plenty of other budget build videos that you might find helpful! (https://youtu.be/Tf7mTI5ff7o?si=qttXYYomysBWA1Zw)

Looks like you're on the right track! Just keep in mind that if you're aiming for DDR5, you'll want to make sure that your parts are compatible. I recommend a 9060 XT with 16GB of RAM for a solid gaming experience. Also, a PSU between 650W and 700W will definitely give you some room to grow in the future. Don't forget a decent air cooler or even a 240mm AIO for cooling. And a 1TB NVMe SSD is pretty much a must these days for speed!

You might want to rethink that case choice since most bundles come with ATX boards instead of mATX. This could limit your options. If you're budgeting carefully, opting for the 250K might make sense there!

Thanks for the heads up! I didn't realize that. I'll definitely consider switching to the 250K.
