Experiencing Frequent Crashes While Gaming with AI

I've been encountering a frustrating issue where my PC crashes whenever I play for extended periods, especially while using an AI mod in the game Kenshi. Most of the time, the screen freezes, and the only indication of a problem is an error message at the bottom, though occasionally it just restarts without showing anything. I've tried updating all my drivers and ran a system file check, which didn't report any issues. My specs include: Windows 11 Home, 13th Gen Intel i7-13700F, 16 GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4060 TI. I suspect the problem started after using a mod called Player2 that integrates AI features into the game. Interestingly, it seems to perform fine when I'm playing other games, though I haven't tried those recently. I'm worried it might be an underlying system issue that will persist even if I stop using the AI. I've also pulled some crash dump files that indicate a possible driver issue with ntoskrnl.exe. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It sounds like your crashes could be related to driver issues, particularly since you mentioned using an AI mod that might be demanding a lot from your system. While the Device Manager's auto-update feature is helpful, it's often not reliable for GPU and chipset drivers. I recommend manually downloading the latest drivers directly from the NVIDIA site for your GPU and from your motherboard manufacturer's site for the chipset. Also, keep an eye on your system temperatures while gaming using HWiNFO; heat issues can lead to hard freezes too.

I checked my NVIDIA drivers too, and the version I downloaded was confirmed on their website. I also used the Intel Driver Updater, yet I still feel unsure about the updates. Would it be better to ensure I get specific versions straight from their sites?
