I'm having a frustrating issue with my Zebra ZD410 printer where it only prints one label at a time, then feeds a random number of blank labels before printing another one. This pattern continues throughout the entire batch of labels. I've already tried restarting the printer and uninstalling/reinstalling the printer software. Does anyone have suggestions for fixing this?

Zebra printers can be really temperamental sometimes. I've experienced similar issues with a couple of them recently. What worked for us was uninstalling the drivers from the problematic printers and reinstalling after copying the configuration from a working model. Now they're all functioning correctly so that might help you too.
Have you checked the label margins on your printer? That can sometimes cause the printer to misfeed. Make sure the margins are set correctly; it could be why you're seeing those blank labels.
Start by calibrating the printer; that often resolves issues like this. Also, double-check the print job to ensure the dimensions are correct for the labels you're using. If that doesn't help, clean the printer's sensors, consider updating or replacing the driver, and as a last resort, do a hard reset on the printer if you're still having problems. Good luck!
