I'm about to order my first PC build and would appreciate a last-minute compatibility and value check. I'll mainly be playing Roblox, Minecraft, Resident Evil, Metro, and the Persona games, with a 1440p 240 Hz OLED monitor. I'm planning to use a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler, ASUS RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, WD Black SN850X 2TB NVMe SSD, ASUS TUF Gaming 750W Gold modular PSU, ASUS TUF Gaming B650E-E WiFi motherboard, 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL36 memory, a DarkRock Classico Atorage Master case, Windows 11 Home, and a Redragon K552 keyboard. Should I change anything, and are any components significantly mismatched or likely to bottleneck the system?

A 9070-class card would make much more sense for this setup and 1440p gaming. You could also consider a stronger GPU if you specifically want very high frame rates in demanding games, but the 9070 should be a substantial improvement over the 5060 Ti. The 7800X3D is excellent, although you could save money with a less expensive gaming CPU and put the savings toward the GPU without hurting performance much at 1440p.
The main mismatch is the graphics card. A 7800X3D is a very strong gaming CPU, while the RTX 5060 Ti is closer to a midrange 1440p card. It will be the limiting part in many newer or demanding games, especially if you want to take advantage of a 240 Hz monitor. The system will still work perfectly, but you’re spending heavily on the CPU and motherboard while pairing them with a comparatively modest GPU. If the total budget is around $1,500 or more, putting more of that money toward the graphics card would usually give you better gaming performance.
The rest of the parts look generally reasonable, but the B650E-E board may be more expensive and feature-rich than you need. A good B650 board should be enough unless you specifically need its extra connectivity or expansion features. For the memory, DDR5-6000 is the right speed for AM5; if the price difference is small, a low-latency CL30 kit would be preferable to CL36. Also verify that the case supports the cooler and graphics card length and has adequate airflow before ordering.
The 750W Gold PSU should be sufficient for the listed parts and likely for a 9070-class upgrade, assuming it is a quality unit. The SN850X is fast, but gaming usually does not require a premium SSD, so that is another possible place to save money if you need room for a better GPU. At 1440p, prioritize the graphics card over an oversized CPU, expensive motherboard, or ultra-fast storage.
Would moving up to a Radeon 9070 make the build more balanced, or would I need to go even higher?
