I'm building my first PC in the USA and put together a parts list with a budget of about $1,500. The main use will be light gaming, including esports titles. Before buying everything, I'd like feedback on whether the components work well together, whether the power supply provides enough headroom, and whether there are straightforward ways to save money without sacrificing gaming performance. I've already made a few changes based on earlier suggestions and would appreciate a final review for anything that could still be improved at the same price.

For gaming, the budget would be better balanced by spending less on the SSD and memory where possible and putting those savings toward a stronger graphics card. A build with a better GPU, suitable RAM, and a TLC SSD would offer noticeably better gaming performance.
The motherboard and SSD look like areas where you may be overspending. For light or esports gaming, you can use less expensive versions of both and redirect the money toward the graphics card. Also, I’d replace the current ASRock power supply with a higher-quality model rather than choosing solely based on wattage.
I’d still use two memory sticks for dual-channel performance rather than one stick, even if the difference can be modest on this platform. Also, be cautious with VA monitors if you’re sensitive to dark-scene ghosting or black smearing.
The estimated system draw is around 380 watts, so a 650-watt unit should provide plenty of capacity. Just make sure the specific PSU model is reputable. You could also save money on the SSD; a less expensive TLC drive should be fine, especially since the CPU and graphics card are more entry-level parts.
The graphics card is likely to be the main gaming limitation in this build. It can be upgraded later, but with a $1,500 budget, the parts could be rearranged to buy a stronger GPU now. If you’re considering a prebuilt, some current options pair a high-end gaming CPU with a newer graphics card and may offer better value, provided the power supply, memory, cooling, and warranty are all solid.
A stronger graphics card would also make the system last longer. If the 7500F is cheaper than the 7600X, keeping the 7500F and enabling reasonable boost settings is a sensible way to save money, assuming the motherboard and cooling support it.

That makes sense. I’m mainly trying to get the best gaming performance for the same total budget, so moving some money from storage into the GPU seems worthwhile.
