The overall performance is far beyond what those games require, but the original list is well over budget. You can save a lot by replacing the 360mm liquid cooler with a white Thermalright Peerless Assassin air cooler. It will handle the 7800X3D well and avoids the extra cost and maintenance of an AIO. A case with better airflow would also be a worthwhile change.

Those changes bring the listed total down to around $2,015 before any price changes. Just double-check current prices before ordering, especially the memory and SSD, since those listings look unusually expensive for 32GB of DDR5 and a 1TB drive.
An 850W quality power supply is plenty for this CPU and graphics card. The extra case fans are reasonable if the selected case does not already include enough fans, but check the case’s included fan layout first so you do not buy more than necessary.
