I opened an AWS support case because my payment card verification failed. The original card was a Wise card, so I added a second card, but neither card has been approved. I also can't start using AWS services. It has been almost four days without a response to my support ticket. Is this delay normal, is there a console setting I need to change, or could AWS be unable to contact me?

Several days without activity is understandably concerning, but the best route is to keep the existing support case updated with the case number, billing details, and any requested verification information. Check that the account’s contact email and phone number are correct and watch the inbox and spam folder for replies. If another payment method is available, it should use the same billing name and address as the account, but repeated card changes may not help while the review is pending.
This can happen when AWS places a new account under additional fraud or identity review. Unfortunately, changing cards may not resolve it if the account itself is being reviewed, and service access can remain restricted until that process is complete.

Do you mean it could be flagged even though I used a company account, company resources, and completed the verification calls during signup?
