I was creating my first AWS account and had not finished the signup process. I briefly selected a paid option to check pricing, then went back to choose the free option. Immediately afterward, the account showed as suspended.
Now I cannot reach support. Choosing the console-based support option signs me into the AWS Console, but there is no usual Support Center. The available support form sends me to either create a case in the console or create one without signing in. The console option loops back to the same page, while the no-sign-in option sends an automated email with troubleshooting steps that do not apply. Those instructions also tell me to create a case in the console, bringing me back to the same loop.
Has anyone resolved an account suspension that happened during signup without creating a second account? What is the correct way to reach the account verification or support team in this situation?

The suggested unauthenticated support route does not necessarily solve the problem if it only presents the same two choices. If you use it, clearly state that the account was suspended before onboarding finished, that the console has no Support Center or usable case-creation option, and that the automated instructions return you to the same loop. Include the account email and any signup or verification details requested by the form, but avoid opening a second account while the first is being reviewed.
A suspension this early in signup is often an automated identity, payment, or fraud-screening check rather than something you intentionally did. Since the account has not completed onboarding, normal console support may not be available, which explains the redirect loop. The case needs to be handled by the account verification or account-support team, not by creating a regular technical support case.

That is the exact issue I am seeing: the form either sends me into the console loop or generates an automated response that points back to the console. I have not found a route to a human review yet.
