Laptop crashes with a BSOD when launching games or Steam

My laptop has started crashing with a blue screen when I launch applications. It first happened just after opening Warframe through Steam, although the game worked normally after restarting. Since then, the laptop usually crashes during the first launch of a game, but works for hours after rebooting. Today it even crashed while opening Steam, and it took two restarts before Steam launched successfully. I verified and optimized the game files, updated the NVIDIA graphics driver, and ran sfc /scannow, but the crashes continue. Could this be related to the battery, overheating, thermal paste, RAM, or something else? I'm not very technical and would appreciate advice before taking it to a service center.

The most useful next step is to check the Windows crash dump files rather than guessing at the battery or thermal paste. Look in C:WindowsMinidump for files created around the crashes, copy them somewhere safe, compress them into a ZIP file, and have them analyzed. If the folder is empty, configure Windows to create small memory dumps and collect a few crashes. The dump details can identify whether a graphics driver, hardware component, or another system driver caused the blue screen.

I found a crash dump and uploaded it for review. I’ll collect additional dumps if the laptop crashes again.
