I'm planning a high-end PC build and want to make sure the cooling setup can handle it without overheating. The parts list hasn't shown any compatibility warnings, but I'm still unsure whether the CPU cooler is powerful enough. I'm already close to my budget and have saved roughly three-quarters of what I need, so I'd rather confirm the cooling before committing. I'm also choosing a large amount of fast SSD storage because I don't want to take the system apart later to add more.

The cooling should be more than adequate. The cooler is rated for around 330W, while the CPU’s rated power draw is roughly 170W, so it has plenty of capacity for this processor.
Yes, that setup should handle the current CPU comfortably, and it may even leave some headroom if you upgrade the processor later. Just make sure the case has good airflow and that the fans are oriented properly.
The build could probably be made cheaper if you were willing to scale back some of the storage or other premium parts, but strictly regarding cooling, it looks sufficient.
