I'm getting a VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR blue screen almost every time I play Roblox on a Dell Gaming G15 5530. The laptop runs Windows 11 with an RTX 4060 Laptop GPU and Intel UHD Graphics. I already used DDU in Safe Mode with Wi-Fi disconnected, reinstalled the latest NVIDIA driver, assigned Roblox to the RTX 4060 in Windows Graphics Settings, enabled windowed-game optimizations, ran SFC and DISM, cleared Roblox's local and temporary files, and reinstalled the game. The crashes continue after restarting. Could this be related to Roblox's anti-cheat or DirectX, and are there particular NVIDIA drivers, Dell drivers, BIOS settings, or other diagnostics I should check?

The stop code alone isn’t enough to identify the faulty component. Check C:WindowsMinidump for recent crash dumps and copy the files somewhere else before compressing them. If the folder is empty, enable Small memory dumps under Windows startup and recovery settings, then reproduce the crash so a new dump is created. Analyzing several dumps can show whether the NVIDIA driver, Intel graphics driver, DirectX, or another component is actually triggering the failure.
The laptop model is a Dell Gaming G15 5530. I’ll check whether Windows is creating minidumps and gather the recent files for analysis.
