I made a mistake while following an outdated YouTube tutorial for setting up QEMU passthrough, and I ended up modifying Grub. Now, when I try to reboot, my system just keeps restarting right after the BIOS screen. Is there any way to recover from this, or at the very least, can I retrieve my files? Just so you know, I'm using Artix with an AMD Ryzen 3 2200 CPU and an Nvidia 1650 GPU.

You should be able to use a live USB to access your files, so don't worry about losing them just yet!
Good point about using a live distribution to recover your files first. It’s a great idea to back everything up before attempting risky fixes!
Reinstalling Grub could be the way to go if all else fails. Just make sure to have backups ready before making any big moves!
If you're able to access the Grub menu, try hitting 'E' to edit your boot parameters and see if that helps you start. If you're completely unable to reach the menu, booting from a live USB and chrooting into your install might be your best bet. You can try to fix Grub from there.
You might also want to check out Super Grub Disk; it can be really helpful in situations like this!
