The upgrade would be substantial. The RX 7600 XT has much more VRAM and is well over twice as fast as the RX 6500 XT in many games, so you should see a major improvement. Just double-check the exact model, since the RX 7600 XT is commonly sold with 16GB, while the regular RX 7600 usually has 8GB.
Before settling on that card, compare prices for all GPUs in the $300–$350 range in Serbia. The 8GB models can still be decent, but newer games may benefit from 12GB or 16GB, especially at higher settings. Since your total budget is $650 and you still need a monitor, SSD, and PSU, spending the entire amount on a $600 GPU probably isn’t practical unless you can delay the other purchases.
