I'm putting together a gaming PC for a relative in Poland, with a maximum budget of 4,500 PLN for the computer itself. The goal is to play games such as Resident Evil 4 Remake and Silent Hill 2 Remake comfortably at 1080p. We don't need peripherals, RGB, or other unnecessary extras. The current parts list is: Kingston FURY 16GB DDR5-5600 RAM for about 150 PLN, Kingston NV3 500GB SSD for 470 PLN, MSI MPG A650BN power supply for 204 PLN, Gigabyte B650M WiFi 6E motherboard for 492 PLN, Sapphire Radeon RX 7600 8GB for 1,099 PLN, Ryzen 5 7500F for 548 PLN, Endorfy Spartan 5 cooler for 49 PLN, and an Endorfy Ventum 200 Air case for 170 PLN. These prices are from commonly used Polish retailers. Are there any parts I should replace to get better performance or value while staying within budget?

I’d strongly consider getting 32GB of RAM instead of 16GB. Sixteen gigabytes can still work, but newer games are increasingly more comfortable with 32GB, especially if anything else is open in the background. Look for a reasonably priced 2x16GB DDR5-6000 kit, ideally with decent timings. There are sometimes much better-value options than the Kingston kit listed here.
The general platform is solid, but make sure the motherboard model has the features you actually need and that the power supply is a good-quality unit from a reliable retailer. The RX 7600 should handle 1080p, although demanding games may require adjusted settings or upscaling rather than maximum presets. It’s worth checking current local prices for competing graphics cards before buying, since the best value can change quickly.
The build should function, but I wouldn’t call the RX 7600 an especially strong card if the price is close to faster alternatives. Compare real game benchmarks rather than judging by the model name alone. For the target resolution, it should still be usable, but expect to tune settings in heavier titles such as Silent Hill 2 Remake.
The Ryzen 5 7500F is a good choice, and the inexpensive tower cooler should be sufficient. The bigger concerns are the 500GB SSD and the RX 7600. A 500GB drive will fill up quickly once a few large games are installed, so a 1TB NVMe drive would be preferable if the budget allows. Also compare the RX 7600 with newer cards available locally; a slightly more expensive option may offer a worthwhile performance improvement in demanding 1080p games.
If the budget is fixed, I’d prioritize 32GB RAM and a 1TB SSD before spending more on the graphics card. Storage and memory upgrades will make the system more comfortable to use every day.
