My PC crashes whenever I play demanding games, and it can also crash when I have Spotify playing in the background. The system has a Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 6700 XT, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, a 512 GB NVMe SSD, a 3 TB hard drive, a 120 mm liquid cooler, an XPG Pylon 750W 80 Plus Bronze power supply, and three case fans. CPU temperature reaches about 55°C and GPU temperature about 67°C, so overheating seems unlikely. I cleaned the entire PC, but the crashes continued. The GPU is undervolted, although the problem also happened before I undervolted it. What should I check to find the cause?

Temporarily return the BIOS and GPU settings to their defaults, including removing the undervolt, then test the same games again. An unstable undervolt or other tuning can cause crashes under load. Since the problem existed before the GPU undervolt, it may not be the root cause, but testing with completely stock settings is still a good way to eliminate it.
Check Windows Event Viewer immediately after a crash and look under Windows Logs > System for errors around the time it happened. The entries may point to a driver, hardware fault, power issue, or unexpected shutdown. If the log only shows a generic Kernel-Power error, that confirms the system lost power but usually does not identify why.
I checked Event Viewer but couldn’t find anything useful. It mostly showed generic errors, so I’m still trying to narrow it down.
