My PC crashes whenever I play demanding games, sometimes even more quickly when Spotify is running in the background. The system has a Ryzen 5 7600, Radeon RX 6700 XT, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, a 512 GB NVMe SSD, a 3 TB hard drive, a 120 mm liquid cooler, an XPG Pylon 750W Bronze PSU, and three case fans. CPU temperatures reach about 55°C and GPU temperatures about 67°C, so overheating seems unlikely. I cleaned the entire computer, checked the fans, and the crashes still happen. I have also undervolted the GPU, although the problem existed before I applied that undervolt. What should I check next?

Those temperatures look normal, so dust and cooling probably aren’t the cause. A 750W unit should be enough on paper, but power delivery or a faulty component can still cause crashes under load. Run a memory test, stress the CPU and GPU separately, and note whether the PC reboots, freezes, or shows a blue screen.
Try returning the BIOS and GPU to completely stock settings first. An undervolt can cause instability, but since you had the issue before undervolting, also test with default BIOS settings, disable any memory overclock such as EXPO, and update or clean-install the graphics driver. If it still crashes, the PSU, RAM, or GPU should be tested individually.
Check Windows Event Viewer immediately after a crash and look through the System and Application logs for errors around the time it happened. That may point to a driver, hardware fault, or power-related shutdown.

I checked Event Viewer but couldn’t find anything useful.
