Whenever I start my laptop and press the spacebar or click to bring up the password field, it shows a screen with Microsoft icons on the left and an endless loading spinner on the right. Nothing responds, and the laptop's screen and lid are damaged, making it difficult to access normal controls. I also can't find a power option on the screen or reach the advanced recovery menu. A photo of the exact screen would help identify whether this is the normal sign-in process or a recovery loop. If the laptop is completely unresponsive, hold the physical power button down for about 10–15 seconds to shut it off, then start it again. If the built-in display or lid is broken, connect an external monitor and keyboard if possible. After several failed starts, Windows may enter recovery mode automatically, where you can try Startup Repair or Safe Mode.
