I was recently approved for Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub with $1,000 in Azure credits, and I'm trying to understand which development tools are included at this level. I currently have the Azure Sponsorship active, an Azure subscription linked to GitHub, a GitHub organization on the Free plan, Copilot Free on my personal GitHub account, and Microsoft Entra Global Administrator access. My dashboard shows a benefit called "GitHub Copilot for Azure," but I can't find clear information about GitHub Enterprise, paid Copilot plans, or Microsoft 365 licenses. For anyone using the $1,000 tier, are GitHub Enterprise, Copilot Pro or Business, or Microsoft 365 Business included? Can Copilot usage be charged to the Azure credits, or do these benefits require company verification or approval for a higher tier? What does the "GitHub Copilot for Azure" benefit actually provide?

It appears that some Copilot-related benefits are available, but the offerings have become more complicated because the services are now separated. I don’t use those benefits personally, so I can’t confirm exactly what is included with the $1,000 tier.
My application for the $1,000 credits was approved almost immediately. However, approval didn’t automatically give me access to every AI model I wanted to use, and I’ve still been unable to access some of them.
That’s useful to know. It sounds like getting the Azure credits approved may be separate from gaining access to particular AI services or models.
