I'm facing an issue with my new PC build where the 7800XT GPU isn't getting any power. While the system starts up, the GPU fans only spin for a brief moment before stopping. I've tried reseating the GPU but no luck so far. When I turn off the PC, the fans spin for just a second. Here's my setup:
- Processor: Ryzen™ 5 5600X
- Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK
- RAM: VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz
- Power Supply: SAMA BLACK DIAMOND 750W Gold
- Cooler: SAMA LD 240mm AIO Liquid Cooler
Any advice on what the issue might be would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your GPU fans are designed to spin up only when the card reaches a certain temperature, so it might not be unusual for them to stop quickly. But check for any debug LEDs on your motherboard—they can give clues about what's wrong. Let us know if any lights are on!
I thought there would be some lights, but maybe there aren't any on this board.
