I'm planning my first gaming PC and would appreciate a sanity check on the parts and pricing. The complete tower costs about €2,300 with European prices. The build includes a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, ASUS Prime OC Radeon RX 9070 XT 16GB, 32GB of Patriot Viper Venom DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a 2TB WD_BLACK SN770 or Lexar NM790 NVMe SSD, a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler, an ASUS B650E MAX GAMING WIFI W motherboard, an MSI MAG A850GL 850W 80+ Gold ATX 3.1 power supply, and a Montech XR case. Does this look well-balanced, and are there any parts I should replace before ordering?

This is a strong upper-midrange to high-end gaming build, and the CPU/GPU combination makes sense. A 750W supply would probably be sufficient, so 850W gives you some extra headroom. For the SSD, consider a model with DRAM such as the Samsung 990 Pro or a similar drive, especially if the price difference is small. Otherwise, the parts look quite well matched.
I’d take a closer look at the exact PSU model. The MSI MAG A850GL can be fairly loud under load. If the A850GLS is available for roughly the same price, it would be the preferable option. You can also check independent PSU tier lists and acoustic testing before buying; a model rated B or higher with good noise results would be a sensible target.
