I recently bought my first PC and shut it down and unplugged it so I could add 3D-printed covers to the fans and tie a small fabric bow around the liquid-cooling tubes. After reconnecting everything, the PC no longer powers on. I may have used hardware screws to attach the fan covers, and I might have brushed against the CPU or fan RGB cables while installing them. My system has a Ryzen 5 5600T, Gigabyte B550M DS3H AC R2 motherboard, 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB WD NVMe SSD, an RTX 5060 Ti, a Thermaltake TH240 V2 liquid cooler, and a 750W modular power supply. What should I check first, and could the screws or decorations have caused the problem?

Please list everything you installed, removed, unplugged, or moved. The fan covers are 3D-printed parts bought online, and the bow is fabric tape wrapped around the two liquid-cooler tubes. Check whether the screws were long enough to touch the fan motor, radiator, or other components, and verify that every power cable is fully seated—especially the motherboard, CPU, graphics-card, and modular power-supply connections. If the system shows absolutely no response, also check the power-supply switch, wall connection, and the case’s front-panel power connector.
Before guessing at damaged hardware, describe exactly what happens when you press the power button: no lights or fans at all, a brief spin and shutdown, beeps, or anything displayed on the monitor. Also explain how you disconnected and reconnected the PC. Those details are important for narrowing down the fault.
English is not my first language. I mean that after I plugged the PC back in, pressing the power button did nothing.

The only cables I think I may have touched were the CPU cooler cable or the fans’ RGB cable. I can provide the full component list, but I’m still unsure whether the fan-cover screws could have caused the failure.
