Help Me Build a Killer Gaming PC on a Budget

I've just returned home after traveling and I'm eager to build my own gaming PC. However, I can't believe how pricey all the components have gotten since I last built a PC back in 2012! I was initially hoping to create a top-of-the-line build for around $4000 AUD, but after checking out my part picker list, I'm shocked that it almost reaches $10,000 AUD! I'm aiming to keep the cost around $5000 AUD while including a powerful RTX 5090, a Ryzen 9 processor, an AIO for cooling, and plenty of RAM. My PC will be used primarily for heavy gaming, VR, and even hosting video game servers for about 10-15 people at a time. Here's my part picker build list: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/VDKbZc. Any advice on how to make this more budget-friendly while still getting the performance I need?

Realistically, if you want to go under $5000 AUD while keeping the RTX 5090, that's going to be tough since it alone costs over $5,000 AUD. You might want to consider a less expensive GPU like the 5070 Ti or even something older, as they can deliver excellent performance for gaming without breaking the bank. Stick to a solid motherboard and 32GB of RAM, and don't overspend on peripherals that won’t give you much in return.
