I'm planning a gaming PC with a budget of around €750, buying the parts in Bulgaria. I'm considering an RTX 3070 and may purchase the graphics card and RAM used. The system will mainly be used for games such as Marvel's Spider-Man 2, The Last of Us, GTA V, and potentially GTA VI, at 1080p. I'm unsure which power supply brand and wattage would be a safe choice, and I'm also deciding between the Ryzen 5 5600X and Ryzen 7 5700X. The 5700X3D and 5800X3D are difficult to find locally, with the 5800X3D costing roughly €100 more.

Between the 5600X and 5700X, the 5700X is the better option if the price difference is small, but the gaming performance gap is not huge. At 1080p, a 5700X3D would be a much stronger upgrade if you can find one at a reasonable price. If it costs significantly more or is unavailable, the regular 5700X is still a sensible choice for this budget.
A good 650W unit is enough for an RTX 3070, but I’d choose 750W if the price difference is reasonable or if you might upgrade the graphics card later. Look for a reputable 80+ Gold model such as the Corsair RM750e or Seasonic Focus GX. The exact model matters more than the brand logo, so avoid unknown budget units even if they advertise high wattage.
