Looking for Advice on a $2,000 Gaming and 3D-Modeling PC Build

I'm new to building PCs and would appreciate feedback on my planned build. Some prices may not be exact because I'm using a Micro Center bundle that includes the CPU, motherboard, and RAM. I like the look of white components, but I'm open to mixing in black parts if that offers better value. I'm especially unsure about choosing a case and making sure the other components are well balanced.

My main goal is to play newer games smoothly, since Forza is already giving my current laptop trouble. I'm also an architect and may need the PC for 3D modeling while working from home, so I'd like something reliable and capable. My current laptop has an RTX 2060 that is starting to fail. I'm located in New Jersey and can shop at Micro Center. The only peripheral I need is a monitor, preferably a 1440p OLED model. What would you change about this build, and are there any compatibility or performance issues I should know about?
