Is This Budget PC Build Good Enough for Smooth ARK: Survival Evolved?

I'm putting together a budget gaming PC mainly for playing ARK: Survival Evolved without excessive lag. I don't know much about PC hardware, so a friend suggested this parts list. I'd like an honest opinion on whether it's balanced and good enough as-is, or whether I should spend more on any components. The build includes a Ryzen 5 5600, MSI B550M PRO-VDH motherboard, 16GB of DDR4-3600 memory, a 650W power supply, a 1TB Lexar NM620 SSD, an RTX 5060 Eagle OC, a Krux Helio case, and a Thermalright Assassin X 120R SE Plus cooler.

The build should work, but ARK can benefit from more graphics memory, especially at higher settings or resolutions. I’d seriously compare the RTX 5060 8GB with a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB. The larger VRAM capacity may be more useful for this game and could help avoid texture-related stuttering. The rest of the parts are a reasonable budget combination, although upgrading to 32GB of RAM later would also be worthwhile.

I had assumed GeForce cards were generally better overall. Is the Radeon option really the better choice here?
