I'm using an iPhone running iOS 27, and I suddenly can't uninstall any apps at all. None of the apps give me an option to delete them. Has anyone found a fix, or should I update to the latest beta and wait for a future release?

Try a force restart first. Press and quickly release Volume Up, press and quickly release Volume Down, then hold the side button until the Apple logo appears. That button sequence is the standard force-restart method for newer iPhones, not something specific to the beta.
Since iOS 27 is still in beta, this could simply be a beta bug. Updating to the newest available beta is worth trying, since it may already be fixed there. If the problem continues, report it through Apple’s beta feedback tools.
I’m currently on beta 4, and I noticed there’s a newer update available. I’ll try installing it and see whether that fixes the issue.
The volume-up-then-down sequence is just how newer iPhones trigger a force restart. It’s different from holding the side and volume buttons together, which can bring up the shutdown or emergency screen.
