Is this PC build balanced enough to last without immediate upgrades?

I'm putting together a new PC in Finland and want a system that won't need major upgrades right away. It'll mainly be used for gaming, including demanding single-player games, along with watching movies, programming, and some 3D modeling. I've started a parts list, but I'm unsure about the CPU and motherboard choices. Could you check whether the build is well balanced and worth the price?

Spending around $3,000 while using an RTX 5070 Ti suggests the budget may not be allocated efficiently. A revised parts list could either deliver stronger graphics performance for the same money or keep similar performance while saving a significant amount.

Before judging the parts, it would help to know your total budget, whether you already own a monitor and other peripherals, and what resolution and refresh rate you plan to use. Those details can change the best CPU, GPU, and motherboard choices quite a bit.

For your mix of gaming, programming, and 3D modeling, prioritize a strong modern CPU, enough RAM, fast storage, and a reliable power supply. The motherboard should provide the features and connectivity you need, but an especially expensive model usually won’t make the system noticeably faster.

The build appears very expensive for the performance it offers. Component prices may have increased, but it’s still worth comparing alternatives and checking whether the CPU, motherboard, storage, and power supply are priced reasonably rather than spending heavily on premium parts that won’t improve gaming performance much.

Yeah, I noticed that some of the prices have gone up, so I’m trying to figure out which parts are actually worth keeping.
