My Ryzen 5 9600X reaches about 95°C during synthetic stress tests. I already replaced the thermal paste, but the temperature did not change. My system has a Xigmatek AK6 dual-fan air cooler, an RX 6750 XT, a Xigmatek Cubi case, and a GIGABYTE B650M GAMING WIFI motherboard. Is this temperature dangerous, or is there something else I should check?

A six-heat-pipe air cooler should generally be adequate, especially if the CPU is not running hot outside stress testing. Since you have already remounted it, also make sure any protective film was removed from the cooler base, the fan is oriented correctly, and the cooler is tightened evenly. If the CPU reaches 95°C while gaming or constantly throttles, then cooling, case airflow, or BIOS power settings deserve closer inspection.
If you mean the Ryzen 5 9600X, reaching its thermal limit during a heavy all-core stress test can be normal. These tests deliberately push the CPU harder than most everyday workloads, and the processor is designed to reduce its speed if necessary to stay within safe limits. The more useful thing to check is the highest temperature and clock behavior during normal gaming and other workloads.
Stress-test temperatures by themselves are not necessarily a problem. What matters is whether the processor is throttling during ordinary use. Monitor temperatures, effective clocks, and CPU package power while gaming; brief spikes or high temperatures in a synthetic test are expected, but sustained 95°C in normal applications would be worth troubleshooting.
