The first step is to find out whether Windows is creating crash dumps. Check C:WindowsMinidump after one of the crashes and copy any files elsewhere before compressing them. Those logs can identify whether the failure is related to the graphics driver, memory, storage, or another component. If the folder is empty, configure Windows to create Small Memory Dumps and make sure automatic restart is disabled so you have enough time to see the stop code. The fact that waiting helps could point to a startup driver, power-state, temperature, or hardware-initialization issue, but the dump files are needed to narrow it down.
