I installed four 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4-3200 modules in an ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS motherboard with a Ryzen 7 5700X. The system recognizes the RAM and works normally, but BIOS initially showed the memory frequency as 2133 MHz even though the target DRAM frequency was set to 3200 MHz and DOCP was enabled. Is this simply a BIOS display or startup behavior, or does the memory need another setting before it runs at its rated speed?

How many modules are installed, and are they all the same model? Four 8GB sticks can sometimes need extra memory training or configuration before the system runs at the rated speed. Also make sure you save the DOCP changes and reboot before checking the current frequency again.
There are four matching 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4-3200 sticks. It turned out everything was working normally after rebooting; I was just reading the BIOS information before checking the system under normal operation.
