I built my first PC and it powers on, but there's no apparent display or successful boot. The main components are an ASUS TUF Gaming B850M-Plus WiFi 7 motherboard, 32GB of Xtreem ARGB DDR5 memory, a Hydroshift II LCD-S cooler, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, and an RX 9070 XT graphics card. When I press the power button, the fans and their RGB lighting start, followed by the motherboard's orange diagnostic LED and then the RAM lighting. I initially installed both memory sticks and waited about 20 minutes, assuming the orange light might indicate DDR5 memory training. I then tested each stick individually in the second memory slot, clearing the CMOS before each attempt and waiting around 10 minutes, but the system still wouldn't boot. What does this diagnostic light indicate, and what should I check next?

What CPU and graphics card are installed, and what label is printed next to the orange diagnostic LED? The label matters because these boards use separate indicator lights for CPU, DRAM, VGA, and boot problems. An orange light is often related to memory, but it’s worth confirming the exact indicator before troubleshooting further.
The CPU is a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and the GPU is an RX 9070 XT. I believe the labels around the light say CPU and DRAM, with “BOOT” below them, so I’m not completely sure which indicator is lit.
