How can I restore Bluetooth on a Windows 11 laptop?

I'm using my mom's Windows 11 laptop while on vacation. I removed the Bluetooth icon from the taskbar's quick settings because it was annoying, but I didn't intentionally uninstall Bluetooth. Now Windows says Bluetooth isn't available at all, and installing a Bluetooth manager from the Microsoft Store didn't help. How can I restore or reinstall the Bluetooth function?

Open Device Manager with Win + X and check the Bluetooth section. If the adapter is missing, open View and enable Show hidden devices. A grayed-out Bluetooth device may still be listed there; uninstall that device and restart the laptop so Windows can detect it again.

If the Bluetooth adapter appears in Device Manager, right-click it and choose Uninstall device, but leave the option to delete the driver unchecked. Restart the laptop afterward. Windows should reinstall or reinitialize the Bluetooth chipset automatically.
